His career was launched and consolidated by 18 years (1982-2000) at Condé Nast Italy as a writer first and then Editor-in-Chief. During his tenure, l’Uomo Vogue has become an internationally recognized and renowned title, thanks to his taste for mixing news with photography and art. In 2000 Premoli founded his own consultancy firm Apstudio that provides creative advise in various areas of expertise, such as: Trend forecasting, Brand positioning and product development, Communications strategy, Art Direction and Press office.,His eclectic experience, has lead to his nomination at the helm of the project Icario Wine & Art and subsequently, in 2013 as Editor in Chief of TAR, an internationally magazine that covers topics from Art to Science, Fashion and Ethics in a very creative way.Due to his experience in the organization of events and fairs, he often collaborates for the set-up of exhibitions in Milano, Moskow, Berlin, Tokyo and New York.

After graduating from University, Emma joined FAI (Italian Environment Fund) where she was in charge of fundraising and promoting properties all over Italy. After her experience at FAI, she has been the Director of Communication and External Relations at Bulgari SpA for 10 years. She subsequently had various communications positions in luxury and contemporary art companies. From 2010 to 2015, she worked with the Umberto Veronesi Foundation in charge of communication, press and the creation of a network of delegations throughout Italy. In April 2015 she moved to Catania, where she completed a one-year project for CESVI and the Community of Sant’Egidio, dedicated to minors who reside in disadvantaged neighborhoods.
